“Eat sweet foods and drinks. If the symptoms are already severe, you should break the fast as soon as possible, even though it’s not time to break the fast,” Rudy said.

If you decide to keep fasting during the homecoming trip, make sure to meet the needs of eating and drinking when breaking and dawn.
