This was conveyed by Cristiano Ronaldo’s personal chef, Giorgio Barone. He said that there were several types of food that Ronaldo consumed ahead of his match at the 2022 World Cup.
Starting from fish, chicken, vegetables, seafood, eggs and grains. No expensive food requested by Ronaldohe only eats organic and natural foods.
“Sometimes there is beef, avocado, black rice and coconut oil,” said Giorgio Barone.
Not only that, his personal chef also said that the footballer, who was born on February 5 1985, also drinks a lot of water. “He drinks a lot of water and places great importance on rest,” she said.
