An ex air hostess Singapore Airlines made the big decision to leave his career in aviation and start a culinary business.

After years of working in the aviation industry, he finally decided to follow his passion for food and opened a local food stall. This decision not only changed his life, but also inspired many people who were considering a career change.

The food stall he founded serves a variety of local dishes with authentic flavors. Even though he moved into the business world, he still applies high standards of service and cleanliness, the result of his experience as a flight attendant.

“Service and cleanliness are top priorities, as I learned from my years as a flight attendant,” he explained in an interview summarized on Business Insider, Thursday (10/10/2024).

The courage to leave your comfort zone and start a business from scratch is an inspiration for many people in Indonesia who are facing economic or career challenges. In the midst of a pandemic situation that affects many employment sectors, many see small businesses such as food stalls as a way out.

This story is a clear example that with strong determination and dedication, success can be achieved in any field. As a former flight attendant, she understands the importance of maintaining quality in every aspect of her business, from cleanliness to customer service.

“I want to provide a dining experience that is not only delicious, but also comfortable and hygienic, as is standard in the world of aviation,” he added.

“The courage to take the first step is the key to everything,” he concluded, giving encouragement to those who are still hesitant to start something new.
