A man in England managed to lose weight drastically. From 204 kilograms and now he has lost 113 kilograms of body weight. This is the man’s diet!
One effective way to lose weight is to do diet. This step is often taken by those who are obese.
Reporting from Today (5/11), an obese man in England named Neal Bendesky (64) initially had a body weight of around 450 pounds or 204 kilograms. Now, his body has changed drastically because he successfully underwent the program diet.

Neal managed to lose weight to 251 pounds or 113 kilograms, meaning he now only weighs around 91 kilograms. The process of losing weight took several years.
Due to his weight, Neal had lost his job. He was also isolated and unable to socialize with the surrounding environment. Neal also had health problems and almost died.

Neal said that on August 2 2016 he experienced a sudden heart attack. At that time, he had just finished an interview with a local Fox Sports crew, and was resting on the bench, talking to a staff member.

After experiencing a heart attack, Neal changed his entire lifestyle. He exercises to lose weight. Not only from exercising, but also changing his eating pattern.
Previously, Neal was known as someone who loved eating. So, the first step in changing his diet is to reduce the food he already eats.
For example, he had two slices of pizza but missed the third. “I also started to realize that just because it tastes good doesn’t mean it’s good,” he said.
Neal also started eating more protein and learning about macronutrients and he used a diet app to track the nutrients he was consuming. Neal only consumes 50-75 grams of fat, 150-175 grams of carbohydrates and 190-210 grams of protein every day.
