100 grams of carrots contain 2.8-3 grams of fiber and 7.1 micrograms of vitamin A.

2. Broccoli

Not only does it make you full, the fiber contained in broccoli also acts as a prebiotic. According to Weisenberger it helps metabolize glucose and cholesterol.

The fiber contained in 100 grams of broccoli is 3.3 grams. In addition, there is about 72% vitamin C and 90% water content.

3. Zucchini

Weisenberger also said that zucchini is very high in fiber and low in calories, so it is good to consume for diabetics.
