1. Maintain heart health

According to various studies, coconut milk contains good lauric acid. Lauric acid is a type of antioxidant that can prevent stroke and heart disease.

Even though it is accused of being a source of cholesterol, in fact a study shows that coconut milk has a good impact on cholesterol. Coconut milk can help reduce bad cholesterol levels in the blood.

This is because coconut milk contains a lot of dietary protein which helps balance cholesterol. The cholesterol that rises due to fresh coconut milk is good cholesterol.
