1. Fish
Several types of fish have fats that are good for health. The fat contained in fish is said to help increase omega-3 fatty acids and unsaturated fats in food.
The fatty fish in question include salmon, tuna, mackerel or herring. “According to a meta-analysis conducted in 2017, it was found that omega-3 was proven to reduce proteinuria, which is one of the causes of complications of kidney disorders,” said Bannan.
2. Egg white
Whole eggs alone are recommended to be routinely added to the daily diet menu. But nutritionists say that egg whites have even better benefits and nutrition.
