Tofu is a food made from soybean seed sediment which has undergone coagulation, then the juice is taken.

In 100 grams of white tofu, on average it contains up to 17 grams of protein. The high protein content in it can provide a feeling of fullness for longer, thereby limiting someone from overeating and ultimately helping to lose weight.

Apart from that, tofu is also low in calories. In 100 grams of tofu there are 94 kcal. This is beneficial because it does not cause a calorie surplus.

This food is also high in fiber and good for the digestive system.

Edamame is also a product made from soybeans which are harvested when they are still young and sold in whole form or with the pods (husks).

When these nuts are still green, they are picked. After boiling for 15-20 minutes in salted water, these beans can be consumed immediately.

Edamame is good for dieting because it is high in protein, so it helps keep the stomach full longer and can build stronger muscles. 100 grams of edamame contains 10 grams to 11 grams of protein.

This type of nut is also low in calories, where half a cup contains only 95 calories.

The best way to enjoy it is by boiling or steaming. However, it is recommended not to take too long so that the nutrients are not lost.
