There are many culinary stands at Denfest 2024, here are the current menus you can try

DENPASAR, BALIPOST. com – Denpasar Festival (Denfest) 2024 this time does not only offer traditional culinary delights. But it also offers a variety of contemporary food menus that would be a shame to miss.

This festival takes place from 22 to 25 December, presenting a variety of modern culinary delights that can be enjoyed by various groups, especially young people.

That way, you can try as much as you like to try various contemporary culinary menus at Denfest this time. There are several interesting options that can be enjoyed during the festival.

One of the current menus that attracts attention is Takoyaki Sumerta owned by Hendra Wijaya, a resident of East Denpasar. Hendra started selling takoyaki in 2024 and made Denfest a big event to promote his business.

According to Hendra, choosing takoyaki as his mainstay menu is because this food is efficient and easy to enjoy amidst the festival crowd. Hendra offers various menu variants such as octopus, chicken, sausage, crabs, cheese and chicken karaage.

The price for each portion starts from IDR 20,000. Apart from Denfest, you can also visit their offline shop on Jalan Nusa Indah, Sumerta.

Next, there is Dira Ribs, which is owned by Dayu Dian, a Denpasar resident who has been selling it since 2015. The inspiration for selling grilled ribs came from her husband, who loves to cook.

Dira Ribs offers various menus such as grilled ribs, grilled chicken, and crispy pork samcam rice. The price for each menu ranges from IDR 25,000 to IDR 60,000 per portion.
