Drinking coffee with fruit turns out to have many benefits for the body. There are several types of fruit that are suitable for drinking coffee with.
If consumed in reasonable portions and as recommended, coffee does have many health benefits. Such as reducing the risk of heart disease and making a person more focused and energetic in the morning.
Likewise with fruit, fruit is rich in nutrients and vitamins, as well as mineral content which is good for the body.

1. Berries

Berries such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries are all rich in antioxidants. These fruits can help lower cholesterol, prevent inflammation, make the skin healthy, and increase blood sugar levels.
When it comes to taste, berries go well with all types of coffee. But the most delicious thing is that this berry is drunk with Kenyan coffee, Haitian coffee and even Tanzanian coffee. Fruit can be eaten directly or in the form of cakes such as pastry or pie.
2. Stone Fruit
Stone fruit is fruit that has seeds in the middle. There are quite a lot of types of stone fruit, such as mangoes, avocados, peaches, cherries, plums to apricots, lychees to dates.
These fruits are rich in fiber and of course very good for the digestive process. Apart from that, this fruit is good for healthy bones, eyes and the body’s immune system.
Several coffee flavors that are suitable for stone fruit include Haitian coffee and Tanzanian coffee. However, all types of coffee can be enjoyed with these fruits.
