Drinking coffee in the morning does not interfere with sleep quality
The reason for the most healthy coffee when consumed in the morning is, because it will not interfere with the quality of the night’s sleep that the body needs.
This study revealed that only about 36 percent of participants drink coffee in the morning, while the other 16 percent drink it throughout the day, and 48 percent claimed not to drink coffee at all.
“This research does not explain in detail why drinking coffee in the morning can reduce the risk of death due to cardiovascular disease,” Qi said.

However, he continued, coffee consumption in the afternoon or evening can interfere with circadian rhythm and hormone levels such as melatonin.
“This in turn can affect cardiovascular risk factors such as inflammation and blood pressure,” Qi said.
Not everyone has the same work schedule or routine, so adjusting coffee drinking time may not always be possible for most people.
