I got the Dubai chocolate flavor variant in the form of Can’t Get Knafeh of It consisting of 72 percent dark chocolate, knafe (kunafa), and pistachios.

Kunafa is a popular dessert in the Middle East. Reporting from StuffTuesday (3/12/2024), kunafa is usually made from semolina flour dough or fiber filo pastry mixed with sweet syrup.

The chocolate layer is quite thick, visible when the chocolate bar is broken. Kunafa mixed pistachios green color can be seen from the fracture.

This Dubai chocolate was previously stored in the refrigerator for about two hours, before being removed and consumed.
