In fact, until now there has been no research that specifically shows the benefits of a cucumber diet for weight loss. Because consuming extreme low-calorie foods means weight loss is only temporary.
Normally, the cucumber diet requires the practitioner to consume 6 cucumbers, processed chicken, eggs and several types of vegetables. This total intake is no more than 800 calories.
Cucumbers have almost 0 calories so consuming them can help you lose weight quickly. However, the amount of significant weight loss, reaching 7 kg in a week, is doubted by experts. Also for the long-term sustainability of this diet.
