Material:
- 500 gr potatoes
- 1 liter of water

- 2 tablespoons of water

- Oil for frying and saute
Seasoning, puree:
- 7 red curly chili
- 7 shallots
- 5 cloves of garlic onion
- 1 thin slice of galangal
- Salt to taste
How to make anchovies dry
1. Peel the potatoes, then slice the size of a matchstick. Wash and soak in water that is given betel lime. Let stand for 10 minutes. Rinse, then fry until dry in hot oil and a lot. Set aside.
2. Heat three tablespoons of oil over low heat, fried anchovies until cooked. Lift and set aside.
3. Heat four tablespoons of sauteed cooking oil until fragrant. Add sugar and two tablespoons of water. Stir until the spices are cooked.
4. Add the grated grated coconut, then stir until evenly mixed and dry. Remove and wait until it’s rather cold.
5. Add fried anchovies and fried potatoes. Stir well. After cooling, keep it in a tightly closed container.
