Tasting Various Processed Cheeses While Studying at Chesse Boutique

If you like processed cheese, try visiting Cheese Boutique by Rosalie on Jalan Bypass Ngurah Rai, Sanur, Denpasar, Bali. Apart from being able to taste various cheeses, visitors will also get a different eating experience than usual.

This cafe employee is happy to provide explanations regarding various processed cheeses complete with their characteristics. Not only that, visitors can also taste the cheese for free before deciding which menu to order.

“Actually, the Cheese Boutique was created to introduce Rosalie’s cheese. Including educating us on how to eat it, pairinghow’s it going? “Because many people don’t want to buy it because they don’t know the taste,” said the founder and creative director of Cheese Boutiqe by Rosalie and Rosalie Cheese, Ayu Linggih, to detikBali, Thursday (12/12/2024).

There are two choices of cheese to choose from at this cafe, namely cheese from cow’s milk and goat’s milk. The selected cheese will be combined with other ingredients such as biscuits, fruit and jam.

According to Ayu, each cheese has its own characteristics. Pecorino Ornella cheese, made from goat’s milk, has a sour, sour and savory taste. Different from cheese made from cow’s milk which has a sweet taste, creamywith a slight sour taste.

“Here best seller-there is Black and White Cheese, there is Halloumi. If so goat cheese (goat cheese), there is Chevre, Black Pepper Goat, and most recently Chevre The Bean or goat cheese wrapped in grape leaves,” he added.

Prices for the food and drink menu at Chesse Boutique by Rosalie vary, starting from IDR 25 thousand to IDR 115 thousand. Ayu also prepares a package menu that can be eaten by 2-3 people.

“We want this place to be accessible to everyone. So, local people can eat cheese with affordable price,Ayu added.

One of the visitors, Tesa Amalia, admitted that she was curious about the menu at Chesse Boutique by Rosalie because it went viral on TikTok. He ordered the Grilled Halloumi menu and the Three Cow Cheese Platter package menu with quite large portions.

“The taste of the cheese is unique, especially the one from goats. The place too homeysuitable for relaxing,” said Tesa.
