“It tastes creamier and this is one of our best seller menus. Every day we sell around 10-15 portions,” said Zeribowl Bali Store Manager, Hariansyah (30), when met on Sunday (12/1/2025).

The QQ Matcha menu has an attractive appearance with various colored fillings. The fresh taste of matcha ice cream dominates without being too sweet. The various types of jelly on this menu provide a variety of textures and are filling.

Apart from that, the Sunny Side Up menu is also a visitor favorite. This menu consists of grass jelly, red beans, taro, sweet potato, fresh milk dressing and vanilla ice cream. The vanilla ice cream is shaped like a sunny side up egg with mango pudding in the middle.
“The Sunny Side Up menu sells around 20 portions per day because of its attractive taste and appearance,” added Hariansyah.

Zeribowl Bali also presents other dressings, such as milk tea, wintermelon and lemongrass. There is also an original menu, Zeribowl Milk, for those who want to enjoy the original taste of Taiwanese desserts with various fillings, such as grass jelly, coconut jelly, bubble and mango jelly.

According to Hariansyah, these menus are the creation of the owner and his partner who have experience making Taiwanese desserts. “Dessert prices start from IDR 35 thousand to IDR 46 thousand, not including VAT. For food, prices range from IDR 20 thousand to IDR 40 thousand,” explained Hariansyah.

According to Putri, the taste of dessert at Zeribowl Bali is very satisfying with an affordable price compared to the quality of taste and appearance. QQ Matcha is his favorite menu at Zeribowl Bali.
