- 5 pieces of sweet corn (peeled, cleaned)
- 100 grams of cheese cheddar (grate, air dry, blend until smooth)
Grilled Corn Seasoning Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons white sweetened condensed
- 50 grams extra hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons margarine (melted)
- Arrange the corn over the hot coals, cook while turning it until it is almost cooked.
- Coat the corn with grilled spices while continuing to grill and turn. Make sure the entire surface of the corn is coated and cooked.
- Remove from the hot coals, turn the corn over the cheese cheddar which has been blended. Serve.
