Successfully dieted to lose weight (BB) up to 50 kg. This woman shares the secret of her successful diet through diet.

Diet is one of the important factors to support the success of a diet. Accompanied by regular exercise and a healthy lifestyle, most people focus on eating as little as possible to lose weight quickly.

However, for a woman named Sinead McCharthy, she still eats a lot and has succeeded in reducing her weight by tens of kilograms.

Reporting from Yahoo! News (06/01), this 31 year old woman once weighed up to 127 kg, after dieting her weight is now only 76 kg. His diet was successful after he ate 1,700 calories per day and regularly walked up to 10 thousand steps.

According to him, diet is part of a changing lifestyle, so shortcuts such as extreme diets or liposuction surgery are not the way out.

“The secret is to diet slowly, don’t be too extreme. At home, get rid of all foods that might tempt us, such as chocolate and others. Especially if you have weak self-control,” said Sinead, who always documents her diet journey as motivation.

For her food menu, Sinead apparently mixes spinach into almost all of her food. According to him, spinach really helps him lose weight. He also often snacks healthily on eggs, fish and soup.

“Spinach really helps me lose weight. I mix spinach into all the food I eat, it increases my food intake. The texture of spinach wilts when cooked, so we can eat as much as possible,” he said.

Sinead said she likes to eat spinach in smoothies, sometimes she mixes it into spaghetti, scrambled eggs and much more.

“Choose foods that contain protein, then you can mix it with spinach. Apart from that, I also like to snack on canned tuna with eggs, because it makes me fuller,” he continued.

“Don’t forget to walk 10 thousand steps every day. We don’t need to go to the gym for this routine, just take a walk outside the house, or walk inside the house while watching TV, the point is we have to move diligently,” concluded Sinead.
