Deputy Minister Creative Economy Irene Umar said, Strengthening the Digital Creative Economy Ecosystem. The Local Snacks Application (JJL) is designed to be a digital solution in a more efficient and inclusive supply chain. This platform facilitates business actors, especially small and medium scale creative economy actors, to speed up the distribution process, increase logistics efficiency, and expand market access.
The digital supply chain is one of the Ministry of Creative Economy/Craft Agency’s quick win programs prepared to help the Prabowo-Gibran Government achieve its goal of increasing state revenues and being oriented towards the recovery of the Indonesian economy. This program is run through a marketplace pilot project for business actors in culinary sector crafts and fashion using Olsera’s platform.
“This is a cool combination between various stakeholders, including the Hotel Industry, Government and the Olsera private sector, in advancing creative and creative businesses in Indonesia,” said Irene.
It is hoped that the JJL application can become an integral part of the digital economic ecosystem that continues to develop in Indonesia. “Every policy that the Government issues must have a sustainable impact, the launch of JJL is proof of that,” added Irene.
Acting Deputy for Strategic Development of the Creative Economy, Cecep Rukendi, said that the aim of launching the JJL application was to: encourage the digitalization of the local creative economy, strengthen business collaboration and access to financing, support local business actors, increase logistics efficiency, and of course inaugurate the JJL application.
“We hope that this application will become an integral part of the digital supply chain ecosystem in Indonesia,” said Cecep.
Artotel Group Chief Operating Officer (COO), Eduard Rudolf Pangkerego, in his speech said that he was proud to be part of this initiative. The JJL application not only connects creative economy players with large business networks such as hotels, but also accelerates the much-needed digital transformation in the creative economy sector.
