KOMPAS.com – Egg rolls are a popular school snack, you can make them yourself at home.
This street style egg roll is made from chicken eggs, water, garlic, salt, pepper and stock powder.
Rolled eggs are rolled on skewers and served with chili sauce, tomato sauce and mayonnaise if desired.

Material:
- 4 chicken eggs, beaten well
- 150 ml water
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt, pepper, stock powder according to taste
- Skewer to taste
- Sufficient cooking oil

How to make Egg Rolls:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a funneled container, for example a measuring cup, stir until evenly mixed and foamy.
2. Heat a lot of cooking oil in a deep frying pan, using medium stove heat.
3. Pour enough egg mixture from a distance of about 20 centimeters above the pan. Roll up with the skewer towards the edge of the pan as quickly as possible.
Add about one more batch if necessary.
4. Serve with mayonnaise, tomato sauce and chili sauce.
