“My choice will always be unhealthy things, for example fatty foods or sweet chocolate desserts. I think food is a gift and I eat high-calorie foods,” said Jessica in Express (11/12).

Jessica, who is now 26 years old and has become a doctor, said that her busy life was making her bad habits worse. He really doesn’t have time to eat healthy food and only gets his intake through fast food.

Not only does it have an impact on her body’s health, Jessica also feels sad because of her obesity. “I started to feel very sad about my weight. Always eating unhealthy food and not exercising really affected my feelings. As a result, I didn’t have any self-confidence anymore,” said Jessica.

Jessica is always tired of doing very simple things. Until finally he felt that his XXL clothes were too narrow and no longer comfortable to wear.

Jessica then decided to go on a diet program to help lose weightIt at least helps control his appetite. In this diet program, Jessica only has to go on a diet in a relaxed manner and can still enjoy her favorite foods.

Jessica said she only needed to increase her consumption of fruit, vegetables, pasta, low-fat meat and even white rice without having to measure or weigh it. “You don’t need to pay attention to the amount of bread, oil, snacks, biscuits or potato chips, but you will be in debt later in the day for the calories you eat,” explains Jessica.

This method turned out to be successful in making Jessica choose food wisely. He, who initially weighed more than 101 kilograms, is now successful lose weight up to 19 kilograms.

Jessica still feels that she has a big task because she wants to achieve an ideal body weight of 63 kilograms. But Jessica is very grateful for the trip because it was able to have a big impact on her.

Jessica, who used to be embarrassed to leave the house, is now more confident in socializing and doesn’t get tired easily when carrying out her profession as a doctor. Apart from that, the clothing size has also decreased by 6 sizes from 18 (or equivalent to XXL) to 12 (or equivalent to L).
