KOMPAS.com – Brownies, one of the favorite cakes, can be cooked in two ways, steamed and baked.
You can make steamed brownies made with egg whites, granulated sugar, sp/ovalet, salt, medium protein flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, milk chocolate compound, SKM, and butter.
Steam the brownies over medium heat for 15 minutes, add sprinkles after they cool.

Material A:
- 350 grams of egg white
- 150 grams of granulated sugar
- 10 grams Sp/Ovalet
- Pinch of salt
Ingredients B (sift together:
- 140 grams of medium protein flour
- 35 grams of cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Material C:
- 150 milk chocolate compound
- 75 ml SKM
- 100 grams butter
- 50 grams of cooking oil
Also read:
1. Melt the chocolate compound and butter. Mix oil and SKM, stir and set aside.
2. Prepare ingredients A. Blend a pinch of salt, SP, sugar. Add ingredient B.
3. Add melted chocolate.
4. Pour into the mold (don’t overfill it).
5. Steam over medium heat for 15 minutes.
6. Once cool, decorate with DCC and sprinkles.
