CHATURMAS is a four-month holy period in Hinduism which began at Shayani Ekadashi (June-July) and ended at Prabodhini Ekadashu (October-November). This month many Hindus do fasting, prayer, and other religious activities.
Likewise with Modi which in that month he only ate one time in 24 hours between mid -June and November.

During Shardiya Navratri, he was unyielding and only drinking hot water. Then during the Navratri Chaitra, he only ate one certain fruit, and ate it once a day.
“So for nine days, for example I chose papaya, so for the nine days, I will not touch anything else,” he explained.
That is fasting or diet that he lives throughout the year and has become a tradition that is rooted in his life.
This man has also followed the practice for 50 to 55 years.

The habit of drinking warm water does offer good health benefits, ranging from increasing digestion by stimulating the digestive tract and breaking food more efficiently.
Warm water also helps detoxify, remove toxins, and improve kidney function, and increase metabolism.
While fruit -based diet is also able to increase immunity, help weight loss, and increase digestion.
The eating pattern carried out by Narendra can indeed keep his body fit, but this is not necessarily suitable in others.
Therefore, a person must always consult with a nutritionist or medical practitioner before making any changes.
