Spicy Ginger Coffee Recipe, Body Warming Drink


KOMPAS.com – The rainy season with cold air is suitable for drinking drinks that can warm the body.

You can make spicy ginger coffee made from ginger, lemongrass, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, ground coffee and water.

You will feel the bitter, sweet and spicy taste of hot ginger coffee and it can warm the whole body.

  • 200 grams of ginger
  • 5 pieces of lemongrass, bruised
  • 175 grams of granulated sugar
  • 1,250 ml water
  • Sweet enough
  • 3 tbsp ground coffee
