KOMPAS.com – If you have a supply of chicken livers and gizzards, you can use them as a filling for fried rice.
You can make special fried rice with liver, chicken gizzards, sweet corn, lightly beaten eggs and rice.
Special fried rice is cooked with shallots, garlic, red chilies, green chilies, pepper powder, chicken stock, sweet soy sauce and fried onions.

Material:
- 2 pairs of chicken livers and gizzards
- 1 tamarind eye
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tablespoons oil for frying
- 4 red onions, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 red chilies, sliced round
- 2 green chilies, sliced round
- 1 sweet corn, peel the seeds
- 2 beaten eggs
- 450 grams of rice
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp instant chicken stock
- 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 3 tbsp fried onions

How to make special fried rice:
1. Boil chicken liver and gizzards with tamarind until tender. Remove, then cut into pieces. Set aside.
2. Saute the shallots, garlic, red chilies, green chilies and sweet corn until fragrant.
Add the gizzard liver and beaten egg while continuing to stir until the egg is cooked.
3. Add the rice while stirring. Add salt, pepper powder, chicken stock and sweet soy sauce. Stir well then remove from heat. Sprinkle with fried onions.
