Material:
- 200 gr chicken, cut into cubes
- 1 carrot, cut into rounds
- 5 strings of green beans, cut into 2 cm pieces
- 1 potato, peeled, cut into cubes
- 850 ml chicken stock
- 3 red onions, finely sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely sliced
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- Salt to taste
1. Heat oil. Saute the shallots and garlic until fragrant.
2. Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry until they change color.
3. Pour in the chicken stock. Stir well and boil until boiling.
4. Add potatoes and cook until half cooked.
5. Add carrots and cook until half cooked.
6. Add the beans, ground pepper and salt. Stir well. Bring to a boil once more.
7. Add sesame oil. Stir well and remove from heat. Serve hot.
