KOMPAS.com – Pasta can be a practical menu choice if you don’t have much time to cook. One menu that can be made is spaghetti aglio e olio or as it is often called spaghetti aglio olio.

Material:
- 200 gr spaghetti
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3-4 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
- 1/2 small red chili (finely chopped, optional)
- Chopped parsley to taste
How to make spaghetti aglio olio
- Bring the water mixed with salt to a boil, then add it spaghetti. Cook spaghetti for about 10 minutes or until al dente.
- When the pasta is almost cooked, heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and chilies, cook for one minute until aromatic and the garlic turns golden.
- Drain spaghettithen put it in the pan. Stir and sprinkle parsley. Serve.
