KOMPAS.com – Chicken can be processed into a practical dish with simple spices, such as grilled chicken seasoned with soy sauce.
This grilled chicken is made with simple spices consisting of salt, pepper and sweet soy sauce.
Remove the skin and fat from the chicken then coat with soy sauce and lime, grill until browned.

- 1 young chicken
- Salt, pepper to taste
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Cayenne pepper according to taste, cut into pieces
