Soy Sauce Egg Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilogram of eggs (boiled and peeled)
- 150 milliliters of water
- 5 whole red bird’s eye chilies
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil for frying
Ground spices:
- 3 centimeters turmeric
- 3 red onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 centimeters galangal
- Salt to taste
- Flavor according to taste

1. Heat a little oil then saute the ground spices until fragrant, then add the eggs, whole red bird’s eye chilies and sweet soy sauce. Stir all ingredients until evenly mixed.
