You can make soto chicken lamongan made with shallots, garlic, pepper, coriander, bay leaves, kaffir leaf, lemongrass, ginger, galangal, and instant broth.
As for the complement there are cabbage, suun, bean sprouts, leeks, celery, fried garlic, and lime.

Material:
- 1 native chicken, choose medium size
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 pieces of kaffir lime leaves
- 2 lemongrass stems, memor
- 3 cm galangal, memor
- 3 cm of ginger, memor
- 1 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Non MSG instant broth flavored chicken (if you like)
- 2 liters of water
- Enough oil, to saute and fry
Softened seasoning:
- 10 shallots
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon seed pepper
- 1/2 tsp corumbar
Complementary material:
- 200 grams of cabbage, finely sliced
- 100 grams of suun, brew hot water
- 150 grams of bean sprouts
- 4 boiled eggs, split in two
- 1 leeks, finely sliced
- 1 tomato, eight
- 2 celery stems, finely sliced
- 4 tablespoons fried garlic
- 1 lime, squeeze the water
- Prawn crackers

How to make soto chicken lamongan:
1. Boil chicken meat with bay leaves, orange leaves, lemongrass, galangal, ginger, and salt until the meat is tender.
Remove chicken meat, then fry until brownish yellow. Lift, shred-suwir.
2. Saute the spices that are mashed until cooked. Put it in the chicken cooking water. Add instant broth. Cook until the sauce boils again, remove from heat.
3. Complementary material and shredded chicken in a bowl. Flush with soup sauce, serve in a warm state.
