Ingredients:
- 3 eggs/chicken eggs
- 100 grams of sugar
- 250 grams of potatoes, steamed and puree
- 50 grams of margarine, melt
- 50 grams of flour
- 4 tsp salt
- 150 ml of coconut milk from 1 coconut
- 2 pandanus leaves
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon rhum pasta
How to make potato frames:
- Beat eggs and sugar until thick and sugar dissolves.
- Add the steamed potatoes and liquid margarine, stir gently until evenly mixed.
- Add flour and salt, stir again until evenly distributed.
- Bring to a boil with pandan leaves, then strain.
- Mix coconut milk that has been filtered into the dough, add vanilla and rhum paste, stir well.

- Bake in the oven with a temperature of 180 ° C until cooked, about 40 minutes.
