Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of meat, cut into large pieces along the grain
- 2 cm ginger, crushed
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 liter of water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 500 ml oil for frying
Seasoning Ingredients:
- 5 lime leaves, bones removed
- 1 turmeric leaf, roughly chopped
- 100 grams red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
- 2 pieces of kandis acid
- 1 liter of coconut milk from 1 coconut
Ground Seasoning Ingredients:
- 2 cm turmeric
- 6 pieces of garlic
- 2 cm galangal
- 2 curly red chilies
- 3 large red chilies, seeds removed
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt

Prepare meat, bay leaves, ginger and salt. Boil until cooked.
