KOMPAS.com – Milk pudding is a sweet snack that can be made at home. The texture is soft, with toppings (topping) syrup or various pieces of fruit cut to taste.
For this recipe, use white powdered gelatin. Chill for several hours in the refrigerator before removing from the mold and serving.

Material:
- 1 pack of white powdered gelatin
- 1 can of white sweetened condensed
- 6 measures of water (use a sweetened condensed can for the measure, with a milk to water ratio of 1:6)
Material toppings:
- Syrup to taste
- Cut fruit to taste (can use canned fruit)
- Put the gelatin, milk and water into a saucepan. Heat it, cook while stirring until it boils. Remove, then drain until the hot steam is no longer there.
- Prepare the mold according to your taste, pour the mixture into it. Leave it in the refrigerator until it freezes a little, then take it out and pour the syrup and fruit over it.
- Put the mold back into the refrigerator, serve when it has hardened.
