KOMPAS.com – Crepes can be eaten at breakfast, usually given toppings (topping) fruit or cream according to taste.
First of all, make the basic dough crepes first. After that, you can add grated orange peel or lemon peel, a little ground cinnamon, or various chopped herbs to add flavor.

Material:
- 140 gr wheat flour
- Salt to taste
- 200 ml milk
- 100 ml water
- 2 eggs
- 25 gr unsalted butter (melt, set aside a little to coat later in the pan)
How to make crepes
- Sift the flour with a pinch of salt into a medium sized bowl, then make a well in the center. Crack the egg into the hole, then beat gently.
- Mix milk and water, then add both to the flour and salt mixture. Whisk continuously and gradually add the flour.
- Beat the mixture until smooth and there are no lumps of flour. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes, then add the melted butter. Beat until smooth.
- Heat a frying pan using medium heat, then coat the surface of the pan with butter. Pour in two tablespoons of batter crepes into the pan, spread evenly until the entire surface of the pan is well coated.
- Cook crepes about 45 seconds, then flip and cook the other surface again for about 30 seconds. Lift, serve. Do the same steps until the dough runs out.
