This exhibition is not just an event to showcase the latest innovations and trends in the food and beverage industry, but also a strategic platform that plays an important role in supporting national food security.
“Apart from that, it also provides opportunities for industrial players of various scales, from local to multinational companies, to strengthen the competitiveness of Indonesian products on the global stage,” he explained at the SIAL Interfood launching event at JIEXpo Kemayoran, Wednesday (13/11).
Apart from bringing together producers, distributors and consumers, SIAL Interfood also encourages the formation of solid business networks and closer collaboration between business actors which of course will further strengthen the competitiveness of the country’s F&B industry ecosystem.
“We believe that the synergy between various parties in this industry will contribute greatly to answering the challenges of food security and growing market needs,” continued Daud.
