Shrimp Squid Sapo Tofu Recipe, Soup Menu for Seafood Lovers

Ingredients for squid shrimp tofu sapo:

  • 200 grams of peeled shrimp (slit the back and clean)
  • 250 grams clean squid (slit and strip the inside)
  • 200 grams of fish flesh (thinly sliced ​​and cut into pieces)
  • 200 grams white mustard greens (siangi)
  • 1 piece of Japanese tofu (sliced ​​into 2 centimeter rounds)
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • 5 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 75 grams onion (chopped)
  • 100 grams red and green peppers (remove seeds and cut into pieces)
  • 3 centimeters young ginger (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 600 milliliters of hot stock
  • 2 spring onions (sliced ​​2 centimeters)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (dissolve in a little water)
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste

1. Heat the oil then fry the tofu until all sides are browned, then remove and drain. Reheat two tablespoons of oil then saute the garlic and ginger until fragrant.

2. Add the shrimp, squid and fish meat, then stir-fry until all the ingredients change color. Pour in the broth then stir until all the ingredients are evenly mixed.
