KOMPAS.com – Fried vermicelli is one of the menus that can be served for dinner during Chinese New Year.
You can make shrimp fried vermicelli with red onion, garlic, candlenut, red curly chili, sweet soy sauce, tomato sauce, onion, and flavoring.

Material:
- 250 grams of vermicelli, flush water, let stand until weak, drain
- 5 tablespoons of cooking oil
Puree:
- 5 shallots
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 hazelnut, fried
- 3 red curly chili
Other Materials:
- 100 grams of shrimp, clean
- 6 beef meatballs, cut into pieces
- 1 tomato, cut according to taste
- 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
- 1 leeks, finely sliced
- 1 tsp fine salt
- 1/2 teaspoon flavoring (if you like)

1. Soak the vermicelli with cold water cooked until weak. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the oil, saute the spices that are mashed until fragrant. Add shrimp and meatballs, cook while stirring until the shrimp change color.
3. Add vermicelli, tomatoes, tomato sauce, sweet soy sauce, leeks, salt, and flavoring if you like.
4. Cook while stirring until all the ingredients are cooked. Lift. Serve immediately.
