KOMPAS.com – Shrimp can be used as a filling for fried vermicelli for dinner with the family.
Fried shrimp vermicelli is cooked with shallots, garlic, candlenuts, curly red chilies, tomato sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt and seasoning.
Apart from containing shrimp, fried vermicelli can also be added with beef meatballs and sausages if you like or vegetables.

Material:
- 250 grams of vermicelli, sprinkle with water, let stand until soft, drain
- 5 tbsp cooking oil
Puree:
- 5 red onions
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 candlenuts. fry
- 3 red curly chilies
Other ingredients:
- 100 grams of shrimp, clean
- 6 beef meatballs, cut into pieces
- 1 tomato, cut according to taste
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 spring onion, finely sliced
- 1 tsp fine salt
- 1/2 tsp flavoring (if you like)

1. Soak the vermicelli in cold water until soft. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the oil, saute the ground spices until fragrant. Add the shrimp and meatballs, cook while stirring until the shrimp change color.
3. Add vermicelli, tomatoes, tomato sauce, sweet soy sauce, spring onions, salt and seasoning if you like.
4. Cook while stirring until all ingredients are cooked. Lift. Serve immediately.
