Cooking instant noodles can be done for about 5 minutes. Just boil, give seasoning, instant noodles are ready to eat.
But behind the practicality and delicacy, people highlight the problems of the health impact of instant noodles.

One of them is a matter of instant boiled water that is considered unhealthy consumption because it contains candles.
Therefore, some people who consume boiled noodles can be discharged the boiled water, then put the noodles in hot water (not noodle cooking water) because it considers this method to be healthier.

Doctor and nutritionist Tan Shot Yen also said that instant boiled water that changes color remains safe for consumption.
