Seafood Fried Rice Recipe, Special Dish


KOMPAS.com – Fried rice can be cooked for a special dinner menu, mixed with ingredients seafood.

Fried rice seafood cooked with oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, celery, green peppers and red peppers.

  • 75 grams of green peppers
  • 75 grams of red pepper
  • 3 tablespoons oil for frying
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 150 grams snapper fillet, cut into squares
  • 150 grams squid, cut into rounds
  • 50 grams of canned crab meat
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp anciu
  • 500 grams of rice
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 stalk of celery, pick the leaves

1. Chop the green and red peppers, then roughly chop them. Set aside.

2. Heat the oil, then saute the garlic and onion until yellow and wilted. Add the snapper, squid and crab meat. Add red and green peppers.

Add oyster sauce, fish sauce and angciu. Stir well.

3. Add rice, soy sauce and celery leaves. Stir until the rice and spices are mixed evenly. Lift. Serve with cucumber pickle.
