KOMPAS.com – Leftover beef at New Year’s Eve celebrations is often just left in the refrigerator.
In fact, if you want to process it, you can turn leftover meat from New Year’s Eve into a special dish. For example, stir-fry paprika.
The combination of tender beef and colorful fresh peppers is not only appetizing, but also easy to make.

Stir fry paprika recipe
Stir-fried paprika ingredients:
- 500 grams beef (thinly cut)
- 2 green peppers (sliced)
- 2 red peppers (sliced)
- Enough oil (for frying)
Spice:
- 6 tablespoons fish sauce
- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- Salt and ground pepper to taste

How to make stir-fried paprika:
1. Mix sugar and soy sauce in a bowl, then set aside. Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan then saute the peppers until soft, then add salt and pepper and set aside.
2. In a separate skillet, cook the beef slices for about five minutes or until the beef is cooked through. After that, add the stir-fried paprika and stir until all the ingredients are evenly mixed.
3. Serve the stir-fried paprika meat while warm with warm white rice.
