Material
- 100 grams of rice flour
- 100 grams of sugar

How to make a pasung cake
- Mix rice flour, sugar, and coconut milk in a pan. Mix well until there is no lump.
- Heat the dough over medium heat while continuing to stir until thickened into porridge.
- Separate the dough into two parts. Give a red coloring to one part and stir until evenly distributed.
- Prepare banana leaves or pandan leaves that have been formed by a nustain. Fill each sample with the dough, starting from the white mixture at the bottom, then coat with a red mixture on it.
- Pin the tip of the nustong with a bamboo stitch to be neat.
- Steam the pasung cake for 20-25 minutes until cooked. Lift and chill.
- Pasung cakes are ready to be served or put in a celebration box.
