4. Low carbohydrate diet

Ketosis occurs when fat is broken down into ketones, which are a byproduct of fat metabolism.

Unfortunately, this diet has side effects that need to be considered such as headaches, dizziness, fatigue, and constipation.

5. Paleo Diet

The Paleo diet is based on the theory that you should eat the same foods as your ancestors during the Paleolithic era.

This diet consumes meat, fish, fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and oils such as olive oil or walnut oil.

The Paleo diet can help with weight loss, improved glucose tolerance, blood pressure regulation, and better appetite management.
