This refrigerator model has a larger capacity for larger families as well as a separate storage area so that food and drinks in the refrigerator stay fresh longer.
This refrigerator has a total storage capacity of 617 liters. About 441 liters (70%) of this capacity comes from the main compartment of the refrigerator. This larger compartment size is adapted to the culinary culture and habits of Asian people who tend to store fresh ingredients in the refrigerator for a short time because they will be used and cooked immediately. Therefore, this refrigerator model has a smaller freezer space compared to the larger main compartment space.
President of LG Electronics Home Appliance & Air Solution Company Lyu Jae-Cheol said, this latest LG refrigerator has various advanced features to keep food fresh longer and makes the refrigerator space cleaner.
“Equipped with LG’s exclusive LNEARCooling technology, the refrigerator can reduce temperature fluctuations automatically, thereby keeping food fresh for up to seven days longer,” said Lyu, Tuesday (16/7/2024).
Apart from that, he continued, there is DoorCooling+ technology which functions faster than conventional cooling systems so that food and drinks are fresher and colder.
To maintain cleanliness, this refrigerator has LG’s Hygiene Fresh+ filter which can kill up to 99.999% of bacteria and reduce unpleasant odors that emerge from food.
Not only that, this new product has a Fresh Tray feature which can maintain the taste of food so that it does not mix with other food while it is in the refrigerator. Fresh Tray is an innovative and space-saving solution that allows consumers to store various foods in three different places, namely “under the shelf”, “on the shelf”, or in the Veggie Box.
This refrigerator is a customized kitchen solution designed based on research into customer needs and reflects our deep understanding of kitchen trends in the region.
“We are introducing various innovative products with features that take into account the culinary culture and kitchen space characteristics of our consumers in each country,” concluded Lyu Jae-Cheol.
