Recipe Kikil Mercon, Spicy Fasting Menu Spicy Fast


KOMPAS.com – If you are tired of making curry gravel, try this recipe for gravel to break the fast. The spicy taste is spicy, with a chewy and soft texture of pebbles.

To be soft and odorless, cook pebbles and ginger in the pan press first. Then just cut into pieces and mixed with seasonings.

Material:

  • 250 grams of medium size gravel
  • 10 shallots
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 5 curly red chili
  • 8 red cayenne pepper
  • 8 green cayenne pepper
  • 1 bay leaves
  • 5 orange leaves (set aside the bone)
  • 2 lemongrass stems (loading)
  • 1/2 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
  • 50 milliliters of oil (for frying)

How to make kikil fireworks

  1. Kikil. Mix the pebble and three centimeters of ginger that are crushed, cook in the pressure (presto) so that it is tender and not fishy. Next, remove and cut.
  2. Spice. Blend or ulek shallots, garlic, curly red chili, red cayenne pepper, and green cayenne pepper.
  3. Pour the oil into the pan to be heated. Add the mashed seasonings, bay leaves, lemongrass, and orange leaves. Cook until scented and cooked.
  4. Add gravel, give sweet soy sauce, salt, and sugar. Stir until smooth and the spices are absorbed, then remove and serve.
