KOMPAS.com – The rainy season often means the body needs extra warmth, and wedang sherbet can be the perfect drink choice.
The combination of spices such as ginger, cinnamon and cloves with delicious fillings such as jelly, palm fruit and boiled peanuts makes this drink not only warming, but also filling.

Sherbet Wedang Ingredients:
- 3 centimeters ginger
- 3 cloves
- 5 centimeters cinnamon
- 2 stalks lemongrass
- 1/4 teaspoon fennel
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 liter of clean water
- 350 grams of granulated sugar
Filling ingredients:
- 50 grams of palm fruit
- 300 milliliters of clean water
- 1/2 packet of agar agar powder
- 50 grams of granulated sugar
- 100 grams of boiled beans
