- 175 gr blue triangle wheat flour
- 40 gr granulated sugar
- 300 ml white liquid milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- ½ tsp double acting baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
How to Make Trader Style Folded Martabak
- Mix flour, granulated sugar, liquid milk, eggs and melted butter. Stir well until the mixture is thick and there are no lumps.
- Let the dough rest for 45 minutes so that the texture is softer and more porous.
- Heat the Teflon over low heat, spread with a little oil using a tissue.
- Add baking powder and baking soda to the mixture, then mix well.
