Ingredients for tofu stuffed with corn:
- 10 pieces of tofu (fried)
- 100 grams of minced meat
- 100 grams of leftover corn (coarsely ground)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 stalk celery (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon fried onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons wheat flour
- Oil for frying

How to make tofu stuffed with corn:
1. Make a hole in the middle of the tofu by scraping one side of the tofu. After that, mix the tofu scraps with minced meat, eggs, celery, onions, flour and corn until evenly mixed.
2. Put the corn mixture into the middle of the tofu, then fry the tofu in hot oil until golden brown.
3. Repeat similar steps until you run out of tofu. After that, remove from heat and serve while warm with fresh cayenne pepper.
