- 2 bunches fresh spinach
- 100 grams of long bean sprouts
- Enough oil for stir-frying
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 stalk lemongrass, bruised
- 5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 red onions, finely sliced
