Ingredients for stir-fried salted fish bean sprouts:
- 100 grams of bean sprouts
- 50 grams of jambal roti salted fish (wash clean then soak in warm water)
- 1/2 onion (roughly sliced)
- 4 sliced garlic cloves
- 1 red chili (sliced)
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1 spring onion
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet soy sauce
- Enough water
- Mushroom broth to taste
- Sugar to taste

How to make stir-fried salted fish bean sprouts:
1. Slice the salted fish that has been soaked in warm water, then set aside. After that, heat a little oil then add the salted fish pieces, then fry until brown.
2. Add the onion, garlic and chili, then stir-fry until fragrant, then add the oyster sauce and sweet soy sauce, then cook again, stirring until evenly mixed.
3. Add the bean sprouts and a little water, then stir-fry until the bean sprouts wilt. Adjust the taste with salt, sugar and mushroom stock, then add the sliced spring onions just before turning off the heat.
